Dehydrated skin is lacking water.  This is common in the winter time, in dry climates, and after prolonged use of strong exfoliants.  Dehydrated skin can look crepey, dull, tight, and be prone to stinging when using products.  This skin condition needs barrier-repairing ingredients and moisture infusion.
